Timothy Brauns, MBA

Technology Development

Timothy Brauns is an independent biotech consultant and the Technology Development Advisor for the Vaccine and Immunotherapy Center at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He has been involved in the operational management of technology development programs in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors for over 20 years with a specialization in the planning and execution of complex, inter-institutional technology development projects under accelerated development timelines.

PHOEBE INGRAM, B.ED

Phoebe Ingram joined VIC in 2015 to provide support to the management and research teams. She serves as the Executive Assistant to the Director and implements, maintains and coordinates Center processes.

Allison Mitchell, MPH

PROJECT MANAGER

Allison joined the VIC team as a Research Project Manager in 2022. In this position, she is responsible for managing the operational progress of multiple preclinical stage life science technology development projects at VIC to ensure that all projects are completed in a way that meets project milestones, timelines, budgets, and legal and regulatory compliance requirements. She is also responsible for tracking the financial progress of ongoing projects being conducted at VIC.
