Phoebe Ingram joined VIC in 2015 to provide support to the management and research teams. She serves as the Executive Assistant to the Director and implements, maintains and coordinates Center processes.
Phoebe earned her Bachelor of Education degree from the University of London and taught in Elementary schools in the UK. She moved to the US 23 years ago and returned to the workforce after raising two boys. She is a sculptor in stone and owned a consulting gardening business named The English Rose. This ultimately led to an administrative position with an English greenhouse company in the marketing and business development department of their US office.
